An unexpected turning point in the 1992 Presidential campaign occurred when Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton surprised millions of viewers by playing “Heartbreak Hotel” on the saxophone during the Arsenio Hall Show. This appearance is often credited with helping Clinton garner wider mass appeal, which ultimately proved successful in the November election. Presented is a saxophone signed by Bill Clinton, the forty-second President of the United States. The etched bell is penned in a silver metallic paint pen with the signature grading (“9”). Although no manufacturer is indicated, the 25603 serial number possibly matches with the 1975 LeBlanc 7131RK model. Despite varying degrees of tarnish and minimal oxidation, the aesthetic appeal of this golden instrument is impressive. All accompanying equipment is included. This signed POTUS keepsake of “The Man from Hope” comes with a full LOA from JSA.
