Spanning from the last years of the 19th century through the first years of the 1930s, this impressive collection boasts twenty different presidential pins including a few campaign jugates. The pins measure between 5/8” and 7/8” in diameter unless otherwise noted, most featuring crystal clear images of the candidate(s). Thirteen have the original paper backings, though many of the ones that do not were simply issued without them. Generally in middle to upper-middle grade, the lot contains Late 19th Century: William McKinley, William O’Connell Bradley (1-1/4 inch) and an early William Jennings Bryan; Early 20th Century: (2) Charles E. Hughes, (2) Win With Wilson, (2) Theodore Roosevelt, (2) William H. Taft (one is 1-1/4 inches), Taft/Sherman Jugate and (2) McKinley/T. Roosevelt jugates; 1920-30s: Alfred E Smith, (2) Warren G. Harding, Harding/Coolidge and (2) Landon/Knox (one with a tassel).
