Presented is a beautiful game-used and signed Washington Redskins jersey of newly elected Hall of Famer, Art Monk. As the 1990 campaign began, the Redskins switched jersey makers from MacGregor to Starter, marking this jersey from the mid-to late-1980s (likely 1984 to 1989), impressively productive years in which Monk averaged over 85 receptions and 1160 yards per season (excluding the injury plagued 1987 campaign). The sand-knit MacGregor jersey features the corresponding maker tags as well as a ‘Size 44’ tag, displaying a MacGregor logo on the left sleeve and light usage. Highlighted by a bold signature from Monk (“9”) penned in black sharpie to the right of the name on the reverse of the jersey, this relic will surely make for a cornerstone to any Washington Redskins collection. COA from James Spence Authentications.
