Produced for the classic seven-game battle between the New York Yankees and eventual World Champion St. Louis Cardinals, presented is a very attractive 1926 World Series program picturing Hall of Famers Miller Huggins and Rogers Hornsby on the front cover. The New York publication has a lovely exterior displaying only minor edge wear and the vertical centerfold common for these 9-1/4 x 11 publications. The interior remains clean and unused, even down to the detached but included middle scorecards. Notable Hall of Famers include Alexander, Haines, Hafey, Hornsby, Lazzeri and the incomparable Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. Corresponding to Game 1, 2, 6 or 7, which featured a Ruth homer, this classic World Series program epitomizes the class and style of the Roaring Twenties
