Offered is a 1909 E90-1 American Caramel Ty Cobb that has been graded VG 3 by PSA. The technical grade on this card does not reflect the attractive, clean front that features Cobb in his batting stance against an early evening orange sky. This Caramel card shows a diagonal crease in the upper left corner, moderate wear and paper aging on the edges and corners. The “Baseball Caramels” reverse is bold and clear but shows paper pulling and paper loss near the left edge. This fantastic card is a great piece from the prime of Cobb’s career and is an enticing offer for any vintage enthusiast.
