Presented is a pair of Scott Rolen game-used/ready baseball bats, both of which have been signed by the star third baseman. The game-used stick is a blonde Louisville Slugger model 125 Genuine C271 barrel. The cupped-end bat reveals moderate game usage and includes heavy amounts of pine tar. The barrel contains some ball abrasions and markings on the back barrel. The knob confirms Rolen as being the owner of this bat through his Phillies uniform #17. The game-ready lumber is a beautiful two-toned bat from upstart operation “Stick by Stan”. The small Jeffersonville, New York operation produces these custom bats one at a time for their clients. The unused Rolen model SR1797 has a cupped end and presents extremely well. Both bats are signed in dark ink on the barrel, and each grades in the (“7-8”) range. Rolen game-used material is scarce as the third baseman has a propensity to keep his “gamers”. This pair is a prime opportunity for fans of this National League all-star. Autographs come with an auction COA from James Spence Authentications. The game-used bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA and grades a PSA GU8.
