Description

Ranging from 14x17 to 24x35 with seemingly everything in between, the presented lot consists of twenty-nine signed oversized flats including ample stars and Hall of Famers. Bearing signatures that average better than (9), each was penned in felt-tip markers with the exception of the Gretzky piece. Highlights of the lot include: 1.) Marino signed 24x36 LE lithograph; 2.) Gretzky pencil signed 22x28 LE (#301/880) Danny Day lithograph and 3.) Ryan signed 24x24 No-Hitter poster. The lot also contains a pair of 18x24 vintage Coca-Cola posters signed by Mays and Musial respectively, R. Jackson 20x24 LE (#425/500) lithograph signed twice (gold sharpie and pencil) and a trio of 23x35 posters signed by Bench, Clemens and Stargell (d.2001) respectively. Additional highlights, which measure approximately 16x20, include a Reds-logo sheet signed by (12) including Black (d.2002), Foster, Griffey and Vander Meer (d.1997); Altobelli/Weaver/Bauer (d.2007) triple-signed Orioles World Champions Managers photo, R. Henderson Mizuno advertisement and a Mattingly Hit Man Converse poster. COA from James Spence Authentications, though the Marino has a UDA sticker & COA, and the Gretzky has a UDA sticker (no COA). Between 14x17 and 15x22 - all baseball, including Brock, J. Clark (Best Wishes, #22, 1986), B. Gibson, Gooden F. Howard (Hondo, 382 HRs) and (2) Strawberry (14x17 print & 16x20 photo).
