Jose Canseco, Ricky Henderson, Reggie Jackson and Mark McGwire dominated different spots in the Oakland Athletics batting line up in the 1970s, 80s or early 90s. Compiled is a group of (4) game-used bats and (4) single-signed OAL baseballs from these players. All (4) bats exhibits moderate to extensive game usage. The Canseco bat is a 1986-1989 Louisville Slugger O64L model (32.8oz/34) that grades (PSA/DNA GU7). This bat shows some dead wood in the back barrel, pine tar throughout the entire handle and a (33) in black marker on the knob. The Henderson bat is a black 1986-1989 Louisville Slugger T141 model (33.2oz/34.5) that grades (PSA/DNA GU6) and exhibits a crack in the body. The Jackson bat is a black circa 1987 Rawlings P302 (34oz/34.25) that has been taped on the body and shows numerous ball and stitch marks throughout the entire barrel. The McGwire bat is a 1991 Rawlings 256B (33.2oz/34.5) that grades (PSA/DNA GU8) and shows a crack and deadwood spots on the barrel. This bat also shows blue ink transfers and ball markings throughout the barrel from extensive use and has a coat of pine tar on the lower and upper handle. The OAL baseballs from Canseco (7), Henderson (9), Jackson (6) and McGwire (9) are signed in black ink on the sweet spot and show mild to moderate toning (6 to 8). The Canseco, Henderson and McGwire bats come with full LOA, and the Jackson bat comes with an auction COA from PSA/DNA. All (4) signatures are accompanied by an auction COA from James Spence Authentications.
