Each sphere is signed on the sweet spot of an OAL, OML or ONL ball in blue or black ink. Endorsers include (12) Antonelli (mostly 9-10), (12) Dark (mostly 9, (6) 48 ROY inscriptions), (12) D. DiMaggio (all 10, OML), (12) Friend (mostly 8-9, all with #19 and (2) additional Pirates inscriptions), (12) Pafko (median 7-8, (6) Brooklyn Dodgers inscriptions, four signatures with moderate bleeding, (11) Patkin (d.1999, missing one ball, (5) "Clown Prince of Baseball" inscriptions) and (12) Tebbetts (d.1999, average 7-8, (7) full name variants, six lightly toned balls).
