Consisting of (100) pieces of official MLBPA correspondences from the late 1950s to the early 1960s, the presented lot will easily beautify any collection. The most notable examples are likely the (3) letters signed in initials from Giles (d.1979) and (2) Cronin (d.1984) and (19) letters featuring only first name signatures including (3) Bunning, (2) Cronin, (2) Garagiola, (5) Roberts, (2) M. Miller (facsimile) and a dual-signed example from Roberts and F. Scott (MLBPA Director). The lot also contains (6) letters with full-name signatures from Scott and a (72) MLBPA player sheets, which are not signed but have been filled out, virtually always, by the noted players. Some highlighted athletes from the player sheets portion include Appling (d.1991), Ashburn (d.1997), Averill (d.1983), Banks, Boyer (d.1982), F.
