Presented is an incredible basketball artifact from the now-defunct American Basketball League. The relic is a circa 1950 Philadelphia SPHAS satin jacket. The red, white and blue jacket is a size 42 and has the #8 sewn into the collar and features Phila SPHAS” on the back of the jacket. The piece is in excellent condition with moderate evidence of wear and minor flaws in the fabric. Other highlights include a 15” 1959 Bazooka LA Dodgers pennant (VG-EX) signed by Sandy Koufax (“6”), a signed Koufax color 8x10 (“8”) and a 1972-73 Philadelphia 76ers game-worn Luther Green #25 basketball jersey (“8”). Also included are (2) Phillies autographed team baseball (1950 reunion, 1980 partial team ball with Espinosa), (4) signed football mini helmets with Jim Brown (“9”), (3) autographed baseball with Schmidt, Carlton and Roberts and (4) signed baseball caps with Callison. COA from James Spence Authentications. For a complete list of the items and condition, please visit our website.
