Chronologically, the first is a 1955 Yankees Spalding baseball signed by (28) in blue or, less prominently, black ballpoint with signatures averaging (“7”) on a ball that rates an (“8”). Secondly is a shellacked 1956 New York Giants Giles ONL baseball signed by (27). Excluding manager Rigney (black), the signatures are blue ballpoint and average (“8”).
